All across the east coast a state of emergency was called due to the winter Snowpocalypse. Everything from corner stores to subway stations never opened yesterday and over the past weekend leaving many major cities to shut down almost completely. Ready.gov is a site managed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency aka FEMA (they getting it together ya’ll).
